At ZeeCaps, every order is handled with care — from the moment you click “buy” to the moment your gear arrives at your doorstep. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

🧵 Production Time

All ZeeCaps are handmade in Bremen, Germany.

  • Standard production time: approx. 10 business days
  • Some ready-to-ship items may dispatch sooner

We’ll always notify you if there’s any delay.

🚚 Shipping Times

Shipping begins right after your item is ready:

  • Germany: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 1–2 weeks
  • International: 2–4 weeks (depending on destination)

Tracking info will be sent via email once your order ships.

✈️ Expedited Options

Need it faster? You can select DHL express shipping at checkout, where available.

🎯 Shipping Costs

Shipping is weight-based and calculated at checkout:

  • Germany: €3.79 – €4.99
  • Europe: Starting at €7.50
  • Worldwide: €6.50 – €45.99
  • Free shipping on orders over €75 (worldwide)

📦 Packaging & Handling

  • All items are carefully packed and protected for travel
  • We ship in eco-friendly packaging where possible
  • Shipping to a gift address? Email us after checkout and we’ll update it manually

🌍 International Orders

Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply — these are the responsibility of the customer.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

At ZeeCaps, we want you to love your gear — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve got you covered. Here's everything you need to know about returns and exchanges:

📅 Return Period

You can return any unused, non-custom product within 14 days of delivery — no questions asked.

🚫 Custom Orders

Custom-made items (e.g. personalized designs, sizing, logos, or measurements) are excluded from returns, as they are made specifically for you.

📦 How to Start a Return

Just contact us via email, contact form, or live chat. We’ll send you the return address and guide you through the process.

💸 Return Shipping

  • Customers cover return shipping costs unless we made a mistake (see below).
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for your peace of mind.

💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow a few business days for processing.

🔄 Exchanges & Sizing

We do our best to help you choose the right size — that’s why it’s essential to check out our size guide before ordering.

Caps are made to fit standard adult head sizes (usually 57–59 cm).

If all relevant details were clearly provided and a customer orders the wrong size due to not knowing their own head size, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for that reason.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect — for example:

  • You received the wrong product, color, or size than ordered
  • The item arrived with visible manufacturing defects
  • Padding or seams are faulty upon arrival

Send us a photo and your order number — we’ll quickly replace the item or offer a full refund.

⚠️ Wear & Durability Notice

Our products are handmade and carefully tested for performance — but they are not designed to last forever. Caps and gloves will naturally wear out over time, especially with intense use.

To extend their lifespan, we strongly recommend using them only on smooth, clean surfaces (like dance floors or gym floors).

We do not accept returns or claims due to normal wear and tear or damage caused by rough surfaces such as concrete, asphalt, or gravel.
